I have really enjoyed the past two weeks off of work and graduate school. I started off the New Year with a spinning class each day since 1/1/10. To keep with this trend through the next few months I have just gone though my calendar and scheduled days to spin, run and weight train. Maybe that will keep me on track.
Today for lunch I had my usual salad... tomorrow I am going grocery shopping for the week. I plan to bring my lunch, snacks and an early light dinner to work and grad school with me EVERY day this week. That takes a lot of planning... which I am going to do right now!
