Yesterday was my first day back at work... it was exhausting. I started my day with watermelon and yogurt with honey and walnuts. Then for lunch I had split pea soup from Whole Foods... so good... it has chunks of pea and carrot and has a great thick texture. I came home to tired to eat so I went to sleep.
This morning I just had a big bowl of Special K cereal... which according to Clean Food is NOT a healthy or nutritious food choice.
